NURSERY SCHOOL

 

The main purpose of our Nursery School is to provide a safe, friendly atmosphere where children learn through play and through their own sense of wonder. Our goal is to provide materials, toys and activities that arouse children’s curiosity, stimulate their creativity and build independence and confidence.

 

Our program is designed to meet the needs of the whole child.  We focus on the children’s physical, social, creative, intellectual and emotional development. Your child will be offered on a daily basis: free play, creative art, storytelling, songs and music/gross motor activities. Your child will be strongly encouraged to participate in structured activities.

 

We are fortunate to have the use of the school gym, music room, library, and playground. This allows us the opportunity to provide activities that require greater space and energy. It also helps children to familiarize themselves with school culture.
